We will endeavour to dispatch all In Stock items within and no later than 2 working days of your order being placed; if we are unable to dispatch any items then we will contact you within within one working day.
Any special order items based on enquiries from customers will have to be ordered from suppliers, in certain cases we can dispatch these direct from the supplier to your address. In instances where the items come to our premises we will dispatch within two working days upon arrival.
All goods destined for UK addresses will be sent using either Royal Mail or UKMail. All parcels over £15 in value will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left asking you to contact the carriers depot and either re-arrange delivery or collect the goods yourself.

- UK Mainland orders over £65 before VAT the shipping are free, PLEASE NOTE, this service is insured to the value of the item and uses UKMail Next Day.
- Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland orders over £100 before VAT are free, PLEASE NOTE, this service is insured to the value of the item and uses UKMail 48 Hour
All goods destined for Europe or Worldwide will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail or UKMail International and will require a signature at the time of delivery.
You will be presented with a choice of available shipping options and prices at the time of checkout.
When you receive your order you must check the contents against the receipt enclosed with the goods. If any items are missing you must advise us immediately, likewise if your parcel is damaged on delivery you must sign for it as damaged so a claim can be put in against the courier. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of a damaged parcel.
